This Refund Policy explains how Desmoderm Skin and Laser Clinic ("we," "us," or "our") handles cancellations and refunds for consultations, treatments, packages, and products booked or purchased through https://www.desmoderm.in/ or at our clinic in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. It should be read together with our Terms of Use. Specific cancellation or refund terms communicated to you at the time of booking, or printed on a voucher or package agreement, will take precedence over this general policy where they differ.
Consultation fees are charged for the clinician's time and assessment and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of the treatment plan you choose to proceed with afterward.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any advance paid toward that appointment will be refunded in full or adjusted against a future visit, at your preference. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments ('no-shows'), are not eligible for a refund of the advance paid.
Fees paid for a treatment or procedure that has already been performed are non-refundable. This includes single-session treatments as well as sessions already availed within a package.
For prepaid packages (e.g. multi-session laser, PRP, or skin-tightening packages), the value of sessions already availed will be deducted at the clinic's standard single-session price, and any remaining balance will be refunded only where you are unable to continue treatment for a documented medical reason, at our discretion.
Skincare products, medication, or other retail items sold at the clinic are non-refundable once the seal is broken, except where the product is defective or was dispensed in error, in which case please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Discount vouchers, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to their own printed or published terms (including validity period and minimum package value) and are not redeemable for cash. Any amount paid over and above a voucher's face value, for a service you did not go on to receive, may be refunded in accordance with the applicable clause above.
Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days of approval. For cash payments, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque; please share your bank details with our front desk to enable this.
If we cancel or are unable to conduct a scheduled appointment or session (for example, due to clinician unavailability), you will be offered a full refund of any amount paid for that specific appointment or session, or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
